In SA women have more rights than men, and there is no equality in the bible. Only love and respect for women and men. Don't get me otherwise, if a women have capability of being a manager,CEO, or even president let her be, because we also have women who are pastor and men are submitting under them. Report Abuse

We cannot achieve gender equity by affirming the old and leaving out young women in the process. While progress is being made to promote equity , it is the old women at the top who cannot take the heat and end up hobbing from one job to another and some even end up quiting .
Can anyone explain the average age of 60 for female representation in parly ? Report Abuse

I see the boy-children with delicate egos and fragile hormones were quick to jump onto this story :) Shame.
Isn't it about time that we had another girl-power wave to get this whole process rollling faster? Report Abuse

Funny how the men who cry over racial inequality on this site are the same people who are happy lording it over woman. It says a lot about the character of these people. Even more so the fact that they can't recognise their behaviour. Report Abuse

Not being a sexiest or anything, women will never be equal to men I'll tell you why.men are born stronger and women are born fragile, that is why most women cannot peservere at mines especially underground because they will never be strong enough to do men's job. they can be equal in other aspects but stregth requiring posts they are far from being equal and it will never happen Report Abuse
