He is a liar and a fraud. It will take more than one sentence to say why we h@ters dislike him. He claims to fight for the poor but does nothing for them except incite them and rubbish Zoomer at every turn. If I was a Zuma'S advisor, I would suggest to him that He face the court for His corruption charges. I would recommend that He do this before Mangaung. Or else people will continue to think and say that He is twisting the law for His favour.

I would also recommend that instead of using 2 billion for building Zumaville He use only R200, 000, 000 and have other rural areas in other provinces benefiting on the R800,000,000.

Sicelo Shiceka, Menzi whatever the list is endless. There was theplane tickets saga too, nobody was send to jail. I am not condoning him for not paying tax, that is wrong but he did not put his hands on the cookie jar rather he took it from bussines men not our money. What about those who took from directly from the jar? Name one MP that have been prosecuted for corruption , I will understan the noise about Malema. what i am trying to say is let the president practice what he preach. What u do on the left hand side do it on the righthand side. The boy has learned everything from his role model the President. Juju was barking at Mbeki at Polokwane and the president was laughing now he must drink his own medicine.

When in a court of law, what media says is sh*t , only facts, technical details, evidence... is considered.

He will walk trust me,....of course the case will take 3- 5 years to conclude.

When you talk of commercial crimes, restitution is of paramount importance.....SARs will and can get their money ....the rest are frivolous charges.......

Money laudering, fraud, & corruption are difficult to prove beyond reasonable doubt. Why do you think the prosecuters & hawks took time, they were pressured to fast track it to the court, and Juju will get a discharge. Madonsela's report says Juju did not do any thing corrupt.

ANC is not getting my vote this time around, juju please form your own political party, you have a strong following of people and i know you will make a difference. Aha, this is interesting : " Only criminals run away from a court" is referring to Zuma who went to great lengths to make sure that he never actually had to face charges the corruption charges in the court - running to the Mauritus court to fight against the diary of the chap from Thint to be made available, and alleging that the charges should be dropped because it was politically motivated.

Now lets see if Malema is going to follow the same tricks, or is he going to go to court and actually face the charges, and thereby clear his name, if he is innocent.

I think these words are going to come back to bite him.

Just from reading newspapers around the country, it is clear to me that Julius Malema is facing a trumped up charge engineered by Zuma factionalists. One cannot ignore the shrill calls from Gwede Mantashe and Blade Nzimande demanding that Julius Malema be charged. Now he has been charged and I hope they are happy. But one thing is very clear; the state has no case against this young man. Zuma factionalists have been feeding newspapers for ages with false information that Malema was facing charges of fraud, corruption and money laundering. The objective was to try Malema in the court of public opinion and thus destroy his reputation. It is not difficult to determine who among journalists was part of these briefings. Among these are journalists from the New Age, a newsletter for Zuma factionalists sponsored by the Guptas, who are trying to control the ANC through Jacob Zuma. And then there are some journalists at Independent Newspapers, Times and Sowetan who have lost all sense of objectivity, and are heavily embedded in the Zuma faction. But one cannot blame them, considering the number of journalists who are now employed by government departments and ministries as spokespeople. Obviously they are asking for those lucrative jobs in government. Who can forget Hajra Ormajee, who is passionately pro-Zuma and sees everything in that lens. For how long is eNCA News going to allow this kind of thing? However, eNCA News tries its best to bring in other political analysts who are able to provide a balanced perspective. And then there are those political charlatans like Karima Brown and Elvis Masoga in Limpopo, who pretend to be political analysts while all they do is regurgitate what Zuma factionalists are saying.

They have all been repeating these lies that Julius Malema is guilty of fraud and corruption. Now the NPA spokesperson has come out to say that there are no other charges being investigated against Malema. But the money laundeing charge against Julius Malema is going to set a dangerous precedent, in that if Julius Malema is found guilty (highly unlikely based on the evidence) because it will cause independent and objective judges to lock up people like Jacob Zuma, Mac Maharaj and many other ANC leaders without any qualms. Julius Malema's situation pales into insignificance if you objectively consider Jacob Zuma, Mac and Zarina Maharaj's relationship with Schabir Shaik. And then there are offshore accounts which were never approved by the SA Reserve Bank. The mountain of evidence in the case of Jacob Zuma clearly indicates that there is a prima facie case of fraud, corruption and money laundering, which has to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. You have to be a Zuma sychophant and factionalist to come out like Jackson Mthembu and say that Julius Malema is trying to "destroy Jacob Zuma's good name". Let's be serious here; what good name? Here is what the public is presented with; Julius Malema faces a charge of money laundering, which is unlikely to fly. He is prepared to face the charge and clear his name once and for all and stop tthis trial in the court of public opinion. He does not want this charge to be dropped, all he wants is a laptop and iPad as well as a good lawyer to prepare his answers. But on the other hand, in the words of Julius Malema (in Pedi), Jacob Zuma's own charge sheet is under his buttocks and instead of defending himself in court like these young men and woman are prepared to do, he is calling for his machine gun and runs away from the case. Malema says it is only crooks and criminals who run away from court cases. This is something that Jacob Zuma and Jackson Mthembu are failing to respond to. Jackson Mthembu is probably right on Julius Malema's suitability for the presidency of the ANC and high office. The problem is that if Jackson Mthembu and his cohorts continue with their political persecution of Julius Malema, he is going to become president of the ANC and South Africa, the very same way that we have the Zuma nightmare. Mthembu says "just imagine if Julius Malema becomes president of the ANC and the country, the monster that he is, oh my God, I hope not in our life time!". But the truth is that it is people like Mthembu, Mantashe and Nzimande who are playing into his hands. Many people do not see a monster in Julius now, and imagine how they are going to view him once this frivolous charge is dismissed. Mthembu may well think that Julius Malema does not have support. The most recent survey actually indicates that his support or approval levels are around 34%. That is a large number even before he starts campaigning. One only has to look at how US presidential primaries start. Mitt Romney, the US presidential contender started with around 20%, but his approval rating has now increased to the 40s. Yes, it is Jackson Mthembu, Jacob Zuma, Gwede Mantashe, Blade Nzimande who are working very hard to give South Africa a President Julius Malema. And may heaven help us all! But then again we live with the Zuma nightmare and we are still here. We shall survive!
