Apparently, the charges are fraud, corruption and money laundering. There is also said to be a SARS warrant attached to it
I wonder if he will use the Zuma defense? Political interference proved via some dodgy tapes. Report Abuse

it's about time, he said to have no business except the cattle farm he said he owns, being a cattle breeder for more than tenyrs now, one knows how long cattle investment takes, I started before him, but I hardly make R80 000,00 a year from them, and claiming to have R20 000,00 income per month, and the cars he drives, security, clothes, lifestyle and the houses he owns, he has to be given a chance to explain who is investing on his extravagant lifestyle! I predicted last year that this Julian would start laying the groundwork for a "political persecution" defence and so it has come to pass - meaning that he ain't so clever as persons like Max Du Preez would have us believe.
But what is required is a financial audit to establish the sources of legitimate and illegitimate incomes for all those others who also bought tickets on the "rags to riches" train. Problem is there ain't enough reputable forensic auditors inna country to ensure a swift prosecution of these alleged chancers.
Neva mind - easy come easy go and those who greedily grabbed in the honey pot certainly don't have the required skills or brains to hang on to their ill-gotten gains.

Good news. You can bet your bottom dollar that the thieving tenderpreneurs from Limpopo will not sleep well tonight....
Malema might get away with a slap on the wrist but the gang of robbers that have been sucking Limpopo dry are next, and they will receive no mercy.
