Booze may play a part in all sorts of sinful things. But one must look at reasons why people are drinking so much in the first place..............you will probably find it is the same reason why they are murdering.

most murders take place in and around taverns, shebeens, pubs and clubs where alcohol is consumed. after drinking, people get into arguments and fight then murder.
most people who kill usually must have consumed alcohol close to the point of killing their victim.
