This was a slogan of the previous Presidents, Mr Mbeki use to say " Batho Pele" where did that take him to? Zuma says"Kuku first" then you will see, we need to put people first, those in need must be offered assistant, there are very poor people all over our Country. We need to sort out the "Kings and Cousilors" how can they both work together for the benefit of the communities, it is hard out there in the villages, kings make their own rules and Coucilors are left frustrated, they can not perform their duties, we need to solve that.

Go Kgalema, you are the only person who can save SA from this madness that is sweeping the country, which is caused by a lack of authoritave leadership.

There must be change, there is no doubt of that.

Thanks our president. People of SA should come first. We heared enough about people of Nkandla who enjoyed all the benefits of our freedom charter they did fight for. Everything for the past five years was happening in Nkandla. Thanks to mangaung to be in December, may be the CAF cup would be dictated to take palce in Nkandla.

I heard this before and look where we are at now, people told us that JZ was people oriented, he listens and he is from the grassroots, now we have his son be made a multi-millionnarie and a nephew whose cv has a queue marshal amongst other grassroots skills as a mine magnate. As long as Mothlante is not talking about overhauling the whole ANC then we are going to get the same bad deal but with a different package, the Freedom Charter story we heard it from Terror Lekota , so it seems it is a selling antique.

The ANC' famous slogan is Batho Pele , so what Motlanthe is saying is nothing new, I said the same thing in City Press blog when people were promoting JZ, I even told my elder brother when he was excited about going to Polokwane as a delegate that the COSATU will be unhappy with JZ just as it is about Mbeki, he said to me the tripartite has never been so united and that the ANC was going to work hand in glove with the COSATU, and everything turned the way I predicted it , why because the policies of the party are the one that determine a change in the direction of the party not an individual. Let's have Motlanthe and see if corruption will be the thing of the past and the will the ANC ever put people first.bMangaung is not far , we shall see. Most people uses Mangaung as a political placebo, just as they used Polokwane, thinking that after the convention we will see drastically changes, some we even insulting those who did not agree with the election of JZ but years later they are now insulting JZ, it seems people never learn

Exactly, these are the greatest opportunists, Malema when he was the son of Zuma he did not even touch the Khulubuse and Zondwa mine exploitation he did not even visit the victims of these connected members of the ANC, he pretended as if the problem was not existing, those mines not functioning onto this day. Why did he not address those workers and fight on their behalf when he was the President of ANCYL, opportunists do not impress me.

The ANC and by extension the government is all about 'politics of the stomach' nje net. It's so endemic to the extent that corruption has become the way of life for survival in South Africa and to a point where not being corrupt, lazy, inefficient, uneducated, principled is not a fashionable thing.

Until the core value systems of people change nothing ever will the ANC change.

They put Zuma there but along the way he turned against them now they want them out. Its a give and take situations, we put you in power you have to give something back in return!!!! Bo Malema and the whole lot are hypocrites, the blind leading the blind. For him to turn around just like that shows just what kind of person he is. ALL THESE PEOPLE ARE OPPORTUNISTS, BLOED THURSTY VAMPIRES WHO ARE SUCKING THE LIFE OUT OF POOR CITIZENS, THE SAD PART IS THE VERY SAME VULNARABLE PPL ARE THE ONE'S WHO KEEP ON GIVING THEM THE POWER TO RULE THIS COUNTRY.

Well now, you had 18 year chance to sort that out. In SA, and most other useless govts around Africa, leaders treat running a country as a family business, feathering their over-expanding nests. History has the tendency to judge so called 'representatives of the people'. As long as you put yourself on that pedestal, Mr. Mothlante, anything thats thrown your way wont only be tomatoes. As you've failed to deliver, I suggest you step aside, and take that womanising Msholozi with you, into eternal oblivion. We have bigger fish to fry, namely Malema

even now Mothlante you continue making empty promises cause you want to be voted as president in the up coming elections, all of you anc leaders have one thing in common you lie and some of your lies are too transparent you must think the rest of us are the no brainers who vote for your empty promises time after time. It is really unpleasant for a person my age to be saying to elders as yourselves that you are liars and for that reason I have no respect for you ppl.

BTW Mothlante what is your opinion on the issue that now zuma (president of your organisation) is going to resort to ABUSING state resources to silence malema (faction)? How will you put into action your words of putting ppl FIRST by ensuring that justice system is not being abused or influenced to be prejudice against opposition or you are just going to sit and allow this to happen, like you sat and allowed the massacre in Marikane to happen, so much for your hollow premise of a 'putting ppl first'.

SAns you would be damned voting for these empty promises again, use your vote to take our country back from the liars and the corrupt who have now resort into abusing state resources to eliminate opponents.

When zuma said yesterday that the gov was going to deal with malema he meant that his faction is going to abuse state resources to deal with malema, that's not what our struggle was about, Malema is NOT a problem he is ONLY the symptom.

//////:::::::/:/:/:/:/:/::/:/:/:///////::::::::://////::::::://////
Where in my post did I say that?
The ANC policy of deployment whether delibaretely or by default it creates delivery problem , as cadres are deployed not on knowledge on the department they are deployed to but on party interest.

The policy on the ANC party electorate system has been even criticized by Mantashe himself
The policy of multi-government that makes us to pay for duplicate goverment for example we have x9 Ministers of Health, Education and our system is not improving, instead we are paying for so many people to get less and at times nothing.
The party system of imposing councilors and mayors and rejecting those elected by the branches is not democratic and those powers to do just that are in the policies of the ANC
The ANC policies on nepotism and corruption are not effective as we see it's influential members getting away with murder.

I can go on and on , as long as the ANC is not addressing such issues it will never grow politically, it not kept in power because it is growing, maturing but by voter apathy.

A business might not be having corrupt policies but those policies may not be able to curb corruption effectively, so a wise businessman will review such ineffective policies - Happy?

ANC's IMMIGRATION POLICY is expensive and retrogressive to the stability of this country

ANC' s EDUCATION POLICY has almost brought the black child to a state that would even shock Verwood

ANC's ECONOMIC POLICY has not changed the plight of the people instead has placed SA in the worse situation, except for the few connected ANC members and their families
I can go on and on .
