I'm not a card carrying member of The Church but a greatest suppoter of it ,but funny enough I'm very chuffed with what hapened in Mtshezi, somebody for a change is standing up to what is going on in The Church.A lot of our Church members operate like gangster's , if you have a diffrent view to them you are made an outcast .What happened to a democratic principle that we fought for all our lives,to an extent whereby blood was shed buy some for it that says,I might disagree you with but I will fight with you for your right to be heard or the one lets agree to disagree .Now in The Church is that if you dont agree with me you are the enemy .Not suprising we are already seeing the road to Mangaung what is happening now, people that on each others throats are the one's diagreeing on certain issues they have now turned into foes not brothers not agreeing with each other but seroius foes now .Well done to opposition, for ganging up against this tendecy, evill will prosper when we seat and do nothing. Shame! I know Bongani Dlamini personally. Not a bad guy at all but the main reason he was removed is that he is very young (32 years) , had no political history in Estcourt (a place that has been engulfed with political voilence for years) and he was dealing with the old people who fought political wars.
Its time to look for a job dude and hustle just like the rest of us. No more handouts. Report Abuse

Danger with one sided reporting, howcome there is no statement from the ANC in this story? The other side of this story is Bongani remains the mayor because there was no quorum for the meeting that he was outsted at, ssecond ppoint there was no municipal official with the authorisation to sign the motion present on the day, meaning as things stand Bongani is still mayor of Umtshezi and Nunes is still speaker for now. I have never seen such a mentally, politically disturbed party like NFP.
They first disrespected their "mother" the IFP, now these ill-mannerd
"children" are fighting with their so-called "husband". They should simply
appologise to their mother and return home with the so-called grandchildren
the ANFP. Report Abuse

This ANC's culture of "let me it first and then you will it later" will soon bring an end to an organisation that is known for having produced icons like Nelson Mandela and OR Thambo. Marikana has hilighted an underlying problem that has been left unattended to for a very long time. Report Abuse
