I am just thinking how many people in the Offices and Government have such Diplomas and certificates. There are a lots of fake people in the offices. Since 1994, people qualified by force, even though they failed. Maybe you are reading this and you know deep down you are one of them, just like your Drivers licence, you know you bought it, agreed? shame on you
