Judges may be bought. Corruption is leading to unfair Judgements. Even if they are from Mapungubye, they still has a command to their people who were relocated with them. So why not approve their Kingship only to rule thier own subjects. Apartheid has brought together independent tribes to settle in one place. Each tribe has its own people.
