I can't figure out that he was using a state car dude,all I cud pick up is that he was off-duty and so I can assume he was using his own car.Unless u prove it otherwise to me sir.

The officer was off duty, meaning he was not driving state owned car, he was driving his own car, lets say he was not a police at that time

good job officer one scumbag down. last friday my friend's GTI golf five was hijacked right in front of his town house in the complex, he stays a blog away from me my naighbour nissan 1400 was stolen two months ago while parked outside coz he has a fortuna in the lockable garage. my coarsa bakie parks oposite his bakkie how long will it take before they come for mine coz i cant shoot them since i will be arrested for that crap, but good job after all.
