this is the bull I always talk about, these people won`t tell you where, this is just to blind us. The journalists who go to these announcements, don`t they get a chance to ask where are they going to build these schools, which ones are being renovated, why can`t they renovate the ones they want to close. Here is the article telling you which areas will get new schools and which ones will be refurbished and according to which studies the allocations has been made
