@sowetan this story is interesting, who first owned this WILD ANIMAL ? Because buffalo is a wild animal and nobody owns these animals, so how did the first owner get hold of this animal because buffalo are never domestic animals and are born to roam the fields? What does SPCA say about this?

Wild animals are bred at game ranges. We don't have open areas where they can migrate through anymore. Instead we have pockets of land where game is kept in order to promote tourism as well as to keep our animal heritage intact. Now I'm not sure if you know what the pitfalls of inbreeding are but bringing in a new genetic sire into the herd is a good idea if you want the herd to prosper.
