There goes our monies again, Nathi Mthetwa will be sued by the family and our tax money must pay for the neglegence of the police. I cant wait to hear about 42 people shot by police at Marikane, we are in for a ride, our monies will forever go to wrong hands instead of fighting crime. Report Abuse

Although I do believe that this man should be appropriately punished, I truly believe that he is being used as a scapegoat. They were given ambiguous instructions from SHoot-to-kill Cele, and he now carries the can for a confused leadership. Still, he should not have done it. On the other hand, such a raw recruit should not have been provided with live rounds in the first place, so why aren't his commanding officers in the dock as well? Report Abuse
