Considering that we have a backlog of about 3 years worth of rape kits sitting at forensics - it wouldn't make that much difference.

Watch this important information being ignored as usual. Sometimes I am left with a sense of doubt if we have the right levels of dedication and will to restore order and protect all the people and not just a few,in our country.

Morning...Misplaced priorities and selective allocation of resources are the cause for such pathetic backlogs.
It would seem like again,its a case of WHO does it affect or who does it not affect.
Note the WHO in the statement. Thats the key word.
