South African justice.
This trial reminds me of the white guy who fed a black man to the lions.
All the blacks who helped him were given 25 years but the white guy is out.
Now in this case all of them are getting 20 years but watch this space about Dewani . Report Abuse

What is the lesson for us all in this case..if you k!ill your w!fe..you will end up in a mental institution..but then again..you will even end up there while staying with your w!fe, just leave her if you have fallen out of love with her..no need to k!ll her.
On a serious note....I feel for this family, they dont deserve to be pushed from pillar to post....closure is what they need & deserve...its 2yrs already....can justice be served now please.
Can you please give us the details of how he materminded the murder. This is a case of organised marriages, parents please stop signing for your child's death and let them choose whoever they wanna marry. Why is the guy with brain tumour fit to stand trial and Dewani is not Report Abuse

The black guy with brain tumour is fit to stand trial. Dewani is not.
Hindocha's family, may the Lord richly touch you and make you strong, may He keep you by His side, give you strength through all this mess, the nation is fully by your side. Nothing can be done in darkness and not be seen. They thought they are through with ONLY R15 000.00, taking somones life as for Shrien Dewani, he will never live in peace, he will never have a good rest, he will suffer until he dies, he will remain insane, feel guilty for the rest of his life, he caused many people with this mess. What a waste of money for the Hindocha's to come all the way from London often, to attend a court case. I blame the useless SA govement by letting Shrien easily leave our country. The white guy ordered his helpers to tie a black employee and threw him into the lions den.The brothers are in jail as we speak .The white guy is out.
That isn't what the court transcripts say. They say the black dude tied up and beat the other black dude then the white dude arrived and found the black dude dead so he gooi'd him in the lion enclosure.

We can't pick and chose which legal decisions we like and don't like.
In this case, it was the worker who gave the first account of the chain of events so maybe it wasn't the lawyer for once, but yes, the one with the most money gets the best lawyer and the least sentence - the rest of us just get screwed by the system Report Abuse

Over here, on the British Isles, Mr. Dewani is still in hiding, pretending to be ill. Someone told him about the big 5s and the 28s, and he is not keen on frantenising. The British Govt. is actually not taking this case seriously. The Home Secretary (Mrs Teresa May) signed the extradition order last year, but the judges (arguably driven by racism and contempt for any non-whites), refuse to assess the killer's (Dewani) condition and ship him out. They (judges) caught the wind of how welcoming the Big 5s and 28s are in respect of someone who disconnect (from society) a beautiful woman of Anni's stature. Report Abuse
