True true oh so true.Most efficient high learning institutions are not in line with the objectives of the progress we need in our nation. TUKS, UCT, TUT, UKZN are failing. Strikes every year, discussing resses, racial tension... some guidelines need to be set to regulate these operations on a unilateral level so that we can move forward as a nation and not just a select few... I doubt Jerry Skosana and his current administration are the ones to do it but at least they show good intention!!!
