They get the Third grade explosives from the mines. These explosives are imported from China by the mines to minimise cost , but have a lot of faults . i.e. Batches with faulty fuse or the chemical grade of the explosives are not up to standard. Hence they will be store because they cannot send them back to China.Then these guys steal them for this kind of activity.

These are the same explosives the Illegal miners use.

The culprits will never get caught, I doubt they even know how to lift finger prints all they know is driving around on weekends looking for people to arrest for useless charges like drinking in public and Kay Makhubela will brag about the number of arrests made over the weekend.

These police officers don't even understand what charge is applicable to specific incidents.
