When the pepetrators of this crime are found, they deserve to be put down like dogs with rabbies if I had my way. No amount of sentence or punishment can cure these dogs with two legs who have committed this heinous crime. My heart is bleeding and I am crying inside. God please, don't shy away from this country. Our country has lost its moral compass in every way but, until we change our so-called leadership and DO something about it, 'some' will continue this path of depraved and inhumane behaviour of killing and torturing the weak and vulnerable in society.

Even criminal who deserve treatment like this, don't suffer the consequences of their actions.

I feel physically ill when I read things like this.
Just as one thinks things can't get any worse, it does!!
