What confirmation do they have that indeed the man r*aped that girl?Were there any medical evaluations that were conducted on the girl to confirm the r*ape?If they were so certain that he r*aped why not call the cosp?What if an innocent man has been k*illled?

What i mean is did they prove that rape occured or they just took the mothers word and killed the man. i know of a case and one was actualy in the news, a niece accused the uncle of rape and he spent 8 years in jail but it turned that the uncle was a strict person so the aunt conspired with the neice, so they could get the house. in Tembisa a girl accused her boyfriend of rape because she was afraid to tell her parents she spent the weekend with the boy friend, the guy spent three months in hospital and is partialy blind now, If this guy did indeed rape then good riddance but what if hes dead because of a spat he had with the girls'mother? She should be charged with incitement to murder, and the DNA should be obtained from the rape victim. If the deceased is exonerated, all responsible for the stoning should be charged.
