OMG Hold me down. HYSTERICAL though downright sickening. But very neatly done with the wonderful embedded loophole by saying "available evidence", though that in itself is a tacit admission that crucial evidence was missing. Today has really been a day for some truly spectacular gaffes! Report Abuse

"Noko was appointed in July after KwaZulu-Natal’s acting head of prosecutions Simphiwe Mlotshwa was ousted, reportedly for refusing to withdraw the charges against the two politicians...
......Ok, so there we go. Once again a political solution to very serious criminal allegations. These people stole 200 million from the poor.....this is not the first time Nkonyeni has had charges withdrawn against here...the last charge was for purchasing hospital equipment worth 400 000 for 1.6 million from a company belonging to her boyfriend.
.....Zuma you are taking the people of South Africa for fools!!!!! You will have your day in court for the 570 odd charges you never answered in court. people are getting very angry at grass roots levels. You and your cronies are stealing the money meant for our development and this will not continue for very much longer.....do you hear me when I tell you the youth are getting very very angry!!!! Have they promised to support Jacob Zuma in Mangaung? These days if you are accused of any crime the best way to survive is to pronounce your support for a second term. Otherwise you are going down. That is no way to run a c ountry and organisation (ANC). Report Abuse

And this is the same party that's going to rid SA of the scourge of crime.
If you are wearing a bikini within the ANC and prepared to play, any case against you no matter how bigger it is, you must be rest assured, you will go free, case dismissed in bedroom, the following day case dismissed in court and case closed. Report Abuse
