I think the article needed to go into details here. The boy is still young and i doubt he knew where to insert his nyonyane.
I don't condone what he did, the girl is even younger than him and will problably need counselling, but so does he. I think that the boy should get GOED BLEKSEM and be taken for counselling, and further do some community work like cleaning the school yard every weekday and get extra clases and go to church every Sunday.
The parents of both these kids are to be blamed as well. Why the girl's parents sent her to the shop at night and why was the boy not home at night, really puzzle me.
