This is South Africa for you, you step the toes of the Big Brothers you are gone, Thuli Madonzela is next to follow. If we the Public dont protect those we feel they are doing a great job, then no one will.

It is strange we all preach equality, but doing it is hard, SA companies wants women who add numbers only, you try to add value, you are fingered, some people who comment on this article have no idea why this Lady is singled out. You may say she talks to much, she has an attitute, but wait until you hear the truth, you will like her, she is stong and know her story, yes contracts come to end at some point, but to tell the public that her contract wont be extended without telling her first, it was a sing of showing how we Men undermine the women of this Country. If we feel their work is in the house, then stop preaching what you dont act.

Only those who allow to be laid by the Ministers will stay forever in their jobs, contracts will be extended without a bling of an eye, but if you dont accept the small pinis, you are out.

This woman has serious issues. By definition when one is hired on a contract basis it is understood upfront that it is for a limited period and the decision to renew the contract or not lies sorely with the employer. The term is limited so what exactly is she fighting for?

Her reputation of being confrontational and difficult to work with is growing, every time her contract ends it does so with big drama.

This is the same woman who refused to investigate her husband when he had conned consumers instead she come up with flimsy excuses, I am pretty sure that episode counted against her as it should have. Someone as notorios as she is will struggle to find another job no matter how good she thinks she is.

My advice to Ausi Mamodupi is for you to leave the public service and try your luck in the private sector, Clearly the government has had enough of you and can't wait to see your back on your way out. You've made your contribution and let your credentials do the talking..
