Cosatu affiliates face deregistration

MOST of Cosatu's affiliates have not submitted their audited financial statements and membership figures since 2009, contravening the Labour Relations Act.

That's absolute blatant propaganda, there is no way a big and influential union like NUMSA wouldn't comply with LRA. Who ever is behind this serious allegations, he will be sued. How come the Labour department doesnt know of this?

I strongly object that unions have one set of rules and the rest of us have a different set. If I haven't given SARS my documentation since 2002, I'd be in jail - never mind de-listed
