Another death that must be placed at the door of the ANCYL hooligans. These " service protests" are part of their plan to make the WC ungovernable, while things are far worse in some ANC provinces, that is clear. These young uneducated hooligans have no idea how to do things in a civilsed way. Where is the responsible leadership in the ANC to tell these young thugs that they are simply playing a destructive role and perpetuating the stereeotype that black people are better at breaking down than building up.

This is what you would call TREASON. When a bunch of terrorists come into your city, disrupt your services, destroy property...

Call in the military and shoot them.

Last week the other WC protest that led to death of bus driver was Tribal is alleged, it was about tribal leadership battle nuttin to do with DA\W.C !! Ja Banana Republic politics or talk of importing Bantustan politics or recreating Bantustan or sooner than later gonna be voting on tribal lines.

Thanks Polokwane we either 100%Z or 101%-X, 1001%-S or 101%-V or 101%-Ndb or 101%-Khoisan !!

When did the 'right to protest' become more important than our 'right to life'?

We have only recently had a tragedy where a bus ploughed into homes due to stone throwing and they immediately do it again. If they REALLY need to destroy life and property then they should burn themselves and their own shacks.

MommaC you have given an excellent forward, really they must burn themselves 'Tunisia' style and their shacks as well.

Delivery protests again! I thought WC was better as it's run by a different party. Even Zille can't deliver in her own province? Who do we vote for then?

Could they not protest their issues without being violent and causing unnecessary death? STUPID.
