Cudos for the police. With their lack of support and/or resources, they often manage to do a very good job. That said, Angie needs to get the boot nevertheless. This fiasco should never have happened. She has sidestepped her responsibility and her arrogance is profound. She needs to know that she is not untouchable (although with her leading the march against that stupid spear, she probably is - you don't get much further up the president's backside than that!). She is not the only one who has bungled spectacularly and it will be interesting to see if the anc will once again adopt the "keep mum and it will go away" policy that has worked for them over the past 18 years. Will they step up and take serious steps to prevent a recurrence? Probably not. That's not how they roll. The future of the children in this country is not covered in the presidential handbook. Unlike the purchase of expensive vehicles for every cadre that lives and breathes.

I'm not a Shangaan but this "Malemaforpresident" person is so out of order. Fact dat ur not GOD, can't create a person or a culture doesnot qualify u to display such hatred for those people. If u hate them is fine and the majority of us are not as immature and inconsiderate.

Many of these businesses such as publishers are old and were already well established long before 1994, we know their political alligence lies with established capital, which in turn is in cahoots with certain political formations habouring ambitions to govern SA one day. We also know that last year December, these fromations met some German businessmen to receive funding that would be used to undermine the ANC and create confusion amongst the electorate in order for them to vote in a certain way and get rid of the ANC. Will this plan work? I have my own doubts, theirs is only a pipedream. No amount of sabotage will turn the people away from "themselves", ANC is the people.

Anyway, this is more likely corruption, someone ordering the books and it gets "lost", order some more etc. Somewhere some people made a lot of money out of this.
