Madonsela must investigate the whole of NW, there's a lot of looting going on there and the lives of community members are not improving in any way, poor service delivery is the result of corrupt municipal managers.
Probe all district and local municipalities from Rusternburg, Taung, Vryburg all the way deep to small municipalities...u will be shocked Report Abuse

District municipality spokesman Archie Babeile yesterday said the bursary committee has cancelled the bursary and asked for the repayment of the money already paid to Unisa.

Let's hear this woman (councillor) claiming that she was not aware of the provisions of this busary policy. Surprising how they all claim ignorance when they get caught. One starts wondering how they get appointed to these high offices if they can't even understand the things that are there, written for them in black and white. Yah...Yah...Yah!!! Greed and more greed!!! These are the people we have entrusted are votes with and subsequently gave them power to abuse us!!! A I am urging the Bojanala District Municipality residents to preasurise the Council to open up fraud charges against Honourable Clr Nkone Montsho and all officials involved (Including the CFO as he/she is the Chief Accountant of the Finances of the Municipality). Let punishment be consistent: Other leading officials in the ANC did the honourable thing by resigning. Let's hope Clr Montsho will also follow suit. The road to Mangaung has begun!!! Report Abuse
