Why do court cases take so long - especially if the police have evidence. Same with the jub jub case. I know that in a civilized we must follow due process but we should not be wasting money om inefficiency. Report Abuse

This is poor reporting, add more flesh to the allegation of someone pretending to be the judge - why do they say the person was pretending to be the judge, eg what is the estimated time of death, what time was the call made. Remember that it was reported the he died of natural causes after postmortem results came through.Suddenlly they said he was murdered.
Lets wait until the defence present their case and the forensic pathologist will say it all when he adduce his evidence.
