So was the poor woman supposed to suffer till when exactly at the hands of this monster? They failed to arrest the guy but they arrested this women for self-defense. A protection order is not an invitation to be harassed in your own home nogal. Report Abuse

If we are serious about protecting women (and children), then clearly there's no case here. He must be charged first for breaching the protection order (in absentia) and exonerate the sibligs afterwards. Report Abuse

@Sboro Hhmmm say what ABSENTIA and EXONERATE oohhh law sounds so sexy have to google this but yes I agree its crazy that the siblings have ended in jail for helping out on of their own.
