2nd - The same ANC that you blame today, is the same ANC that brought along Transparency policies to South Africa to date. Maybe the amount you mention above was stolen previous government since the was no Transparency in this country that time.

Put these criminals in leg-irons and let them clean up all the weeds around hospitals and keep them looking clean. After work, they can return to their cells to relax with no special benefits such as TV, so they can be fresh for the next day. Report Abuse
