the issue is here how will the government be able to regulate such practices as traditional healing, I mean it’s a spiritual issue that transcend beyond the physical and only the "spiritual" realm can have authority over it in proclaiming if one is an authentic traditional healer or not. Firstly you agree to meet with someone all on your own, you tag along to the bushes, and without making a noise take your clothes off and even wait for the guy to make a fire because of the cold?
