Life sentence for hijacker

A man convicted of murder and robbery with aggravating circumstances was sentenced to life imprisonment by the Durban High Court

Captain Thulani Zwane said 30-year-old Xolani Sifiso Mtshali also received 15 years in prison for robbery with aggravating circumstances and another 15 years for attempted murder on Monday.

Mtshali shot dead a motorist and wounded his passenger in January.

“He held the two at gun-point, tied the driver with his shoe laces and forced them into the back seat of their car before driving to a secluded place in Lindelani sugar cane field where he shot them.” 

He robbed them of their belongings and fled in their vehicle.

This is comendable, well done Mr Judge from here death sentence one way dont even thing twice just say it!

are we still haiving spaces in our prisons, especially in durban? sho,we must now bring back death penalty, after gallows they must be thrown in the sea since we might also ru out of burual space.,
