Wrong as the minister is but in soft cases like this Police should have told the minister to report to the police station than embarrassing him like this. Police have allowed themself to be used to settle scores. Only in cases where the suspect is threatening to harm the person arresting him or her or someone else, or the suspect is suspected of having committed a serious crime involving or threatening harm to a person or refuse to cooperate where police can stage an arrest like this.

I was shocked to find out that it is stuck at the repairs in Durban and about to be sold to recover costs. Police have allowed themself to be used to settle scores. @Mgarajiyou do know that arrest is one of the ways to secure court attendance by a suspect not a way to punish an untried offender, how do you think they could have done given the fact that the man does not answer calls and is dodgy? do you think he was going to attend a court hearing without being arrested? minister or not he is just a common crook and he deserves to be treated like one.

He went to buy some mechandise in Durban for selling without telling me, then got involved in an accident, didnt even tell me, by the time I asked about the car as i dont see it anymore. I was shocked to find out that it is stuck at the repairs in Durban and about to be sold to recover costs.
