People are taking too many chances because of our liberal constitution. He should be told he can appeal provided that he refunds the state for costs if he loses. In the army you cannot sue your way to a rank. Report Abuse
Why did he waiit so many years before be realized that he is staffed on the wrong rank? These guys really want to bleed money out of tax payers just like his son

He believes that instead of being given an equivalent rank to that he held, he was demoted during the integration.
This had an adverse impact on him financially then and was now affecting his pension.
