I am starting to think that many people bought their Driving Licenses, Maybe we should all go back for test, once a year. This thing of having a Driving Licence for life is not working, some as old as 99 still drive their cars on the road and they can't see properly, All Drivers must be re-tested every year to solve accident problems. The driver of this bus should have known that when you park uphill, you pull your hand brake and put the vehicle on the first gear to prevent it rolling back or you dont park a bus or truck that way.
