if I had money I would build a four to six story ward at this hospitaal, where there would be a pediatric ward, mertenity, traumer unit, lab unit and a huge male and female units, equiped with bed and recent equipments, to add to that I would build a nice family oriented nurses and Doctors homes for because lack of lack of resources and old buildings demoralise good doctors and good staff, they end up moving to better Life clinic in Nelspruit, and I would build Doctors home in the near Hoedspruit town which is almost 35km away from the hospitaal for the senior medical personels, this might atleast draw people to want to work for this hospitaal and increase their moral, people understand this is a hospitaal that caters for many villages in that area. as much as people die for falling from ambulances and many challenges that are encountered there, this is a facility that its challenges does not need to be politicised but adressed to meet the needs of the rural people around!
