For twenty years I have been applaying for a job with a degree in that department and I'm still unemployed, all these departments in Limpopo are the same. You always wont qualify, either you dont have ANC membership, are not related to someone, are not Shangaan, Pedi, Venda etc. You just dont qualify, even for a driver position I tell you. What a rotten province.

The question we should ask is what did he do in an attempt to stop this embezlement. Nothing.......possibly he had his cut and felt it was not enough. so he decided to trumpet.

Such a massive and far reaching problem, the fallout from this is inconceivable as just the thought of it sends shivers down my spine.

This mindset and institutional incompetence is going to affect the country for decades to come, even IF we started improving things and initiating changes from tomorrow...fat fukn chance!

Who in their right mind, besides those with all the wrong intentions, would like to take over from the current bunch of imbeciles? It is an impossible task to turn this mess around and can you imagine...where do you start? Engaging reverse gear on this disaster would cause the whole country to grind to a halt as all the lazy, arrogant and incompetent public sector workers constantly toyi-toyi and destroy everything in sight. That is if there IS anything left after all the violence that will erupt if the anc ever lost power!

Doomed if we do, doomed if we don't! It seems we are forever cursed with an endless cycle of sad history, jumping from the frying pan and into the fire! - Nkosi sikelel' iAfrika

You see..People like Dr.Karodia are the ones to be charged with abbeting or been a passive accessory to theft and corruption in that department. He has been employed in that department and has witnessed or saw things which were going wrong but decided to keep mum...And now that he has been fired he then decides it's time to spill the beans. He was there and could have shouted when seeing that things are not going alright.

"Staff captured staff allowances on the BSA IT system, used to capture goods, rather than Persal, used for staff information, to evade paying tax."

Firstly it is BAS system and secondly certain allowance types must be captured on this system. It depends on how the allowance is classified.

If the good Dr opened his mouth while in the job, he would have been fired!
There is no protection for people who "blow the whistle" so what was he to do?
The problem is that the people in the department are all friends and family stealing from the poor just like national goverment does.

Three Political parties, including one which controls the Government, were fishing on Lake South Africa when they saw what looked like someone actually walking across the water. It was the Lord himself, who walked across the water and stepped into the boat in which they were fishing. When the three astonished Parties had settled down enough to speak, the first party, COPE, asked, “Oh Lord and Savoir, I’ve suffered from back pain ever since I survived an attack in the Election War, praise be your name, can you help me?” The Lord smiled, touched the COPE’s body, and the pain (Mbazima) was gone! The second party, DA, who wore very thick soda-bottle-bottom glasses, said, “Oh Lord, King of the Universe, can you help me with my vision?” The Lord smiled and touched the DA’s eyes, and instantly they had 20/20 vision. When the Lord turned to the third party the ANC, a controller of the State, the ANC said defensively, and aggressively to the Lord, “Don’t touch me! I’m on long-term disability!” and there is nothing you can do about that! We do not have a clear capacity in political tolerance and brilliance to lead our country!!!

People will think this is joke but a honest truth! That is where you find General Managers ans Senior Managers with a matric! Head of Department with no formal qualifications they will tell you that a HOD and Director General posts are political posts, how pathetic! I worked in their Office of Premier six years ago must say nepotism that side is completely out of control! The poor lames also love having sexual intercourse in the Offices during lunch and after hours, in weekends is even worse! It will take that Province 2000 years to be civilised!!

At least now it looks like everyone is able to consider that South African leaders needs to be changed. They are evil, the ANC that used to be ANC was killed when they fired the former president. Not too even ask, this what they wanted. We must all decide for the new ruler now.The current Govt , theirs was just to bring liberation and freedom, beyond that they never were clued up.

A new ruler with the nowadays future ideas must be chosen, not our forefathers's anc.

Thanx young people for catching a wake up.God is great. I was worried.
