What the hell is wrong with our judicial system? 5 years for a case and over 50 postponements smacks of pure incompetence. Do what the Thais do. You get a court date and if your lawyer isn't ready - tough, if the cops aren't ready - tough, the case is heard, judged and klaar Report Abuse

This is just like the 1978 robbing of JFK international by Henry Hill and crew. It was a rich playboy's plane coming into JFK from France every 2 weeks or so. It was the biggest cash heist in US history at the time. The heist even cracked a nod in a few hollywood movies most notably in Martin Scorsese's Goodfellas. Only after the heist the guys involved went paranoid and started killing off each other. Henry Hill turned state witness and (i think) is still alive. Report Abuse
