"The mandate of public officials is to serve the people and deliver on what the ANC has promised in its manifesto.
"The issue of integrity and ethical conduct is an essential component of leadership," Ntuli said.

OK, so based on these factors - does that mean we can now expect 80% of the party to resign????? There is a God, WE ARE SAVED!!!!!

I hope the other MECs won't have "elasticated credit card" to really stretch the limit...........

Good riddance pinnochio (I can't say half good riddance), he should not hold any position in public office.......... he can be a good butcher as his steaks will be well "TENDER(ISED)"

@ Flemza...WHAT??????????

Do you have any idea what is going on here? So you believe that it is ok for someone in his position to use govt funds for his and his family's personal benefit, so long as he admits to it? Big deal that he resigned, all the evidence against him left no other option.

Like anything with this corrupt bunch of criminals running the country into the ground, there are no consequences and he still retains his seat in the legislature and keeps a yearly salary of more than R800 000...Nice!

What he has been doing is pure theft and fraud, the man is a criminal and should be behind bars NOT looked up to as a leader! ...and people like you get to vote, wake up man!
