NYIKO Ubisi probably thought he had escaped justice when a docket containing evidence against him on rape and murder charges went missing from Thembisa police station in 2005.
What a brave young lady. My heart goes out to her. That is not something an 8 year old should ever have to live through.

Can't a system be put in place where case statements are also filed electronically on the system, coz surely the corrupt cops are perpetuating the increase of crime in our country by destroying dockets. I'm sure the govrernment can do it as companies are storing their data on server systems as back up.

I know this guy. His nickname is "Dlanyoka" which means eat a snake. He is a south africa born and bred in Makhulong section in Tembisa. A very notorious criminal. Its good that he is arrested. I am very proud of this policeman and the prosecutor who was prepared to prosecute because many a time the police members are frustrated by the prosecutors who do not want to place matters on the court roll which makes a lot of criminals to walk and commit further crimes. Report Abuse

Criminals unfairly have too much luck and while they ride their luck they wreck havoc amongst the innocents.

Mr. Makhubu should be awarded a Doctorate in crime prevention and made a national police Commissioner, better than what Cele would have have done.
