what charges were this people facing were assault with intent to bodily harm, this means it never change to murder hence the killing was not intentional but accidental as a results of assault, but never the less the charges were supposed to changed to murder hence the setence of five yaers cannot be justifeid and is fit for assualt not for murder. english say ""they get away with murder" becouse after two yaers they will be out.
