A HIGH court judge has dismissed an urgent application by six ANC members in Free State who were demanding the party's newly elected provincial leadership to be nullified.
Judge Constance Mocumie said there was no urgency in the application, which demanded the court not to recognise the leadership of ANC chairman since 1992, and Premier Ace Magashule, who was re-elected unopposed at the provincial conference last week.
She said the provincial and current national policy conference of the ANC have overtaken the urgency of the application.
The applicants' lawyer told the court that the build up to the provincial were flawed.
