There is unfortunately no disclosure of 'terms and conditions' attached to this loan for one to be certain that the loan money will not go towards personal excesses of King Mswati. I hope those people who has been criticising the ANC government take note that there was no money given to Swaziland. People have been busy criticising the government about the money given to Swaziland which the government did not do. The money in the form of loan will be given to Swaziland only if they agree to democratic conditions and agree to pay interest. This means that South Africa will be investing that money as it has just happen with the IMF. People must understand socioeconomical issues affecting the SADC region before they can criticise.
