What the duty of the so-called Railway Police? Just a waste of taxpayer's money. They should be visible at all times at train stations.

Poor mother on her way to work surely. Its sad.Death penalty will reduce this crimes. Our judicial system is very lenient for criminals no wonder people leave their country for SA to commit crimes.
