why not send Blade and that other tjommie who wanted to ban sales of city press to this village and let them go explain how their commie rethoric is of better use to this vilage than water. Make the Limpopo greedy boys club in goverment go and dig trenches for water pipes, then they will listen, bunch of imbiciles.

they could at least have drilled them boreholes. Water affairs have done for other villages in Limpopo.

I have always mainatained recently that poor people who vote with their emotions are going to be the death of this country. I do not feel sorry for them since time and again they vote the same group of corrupt politicians into power and complain when promises are broken.

What makes me even more angry is the fact that innocent children have to suffer because of their stupid parents. I'm sure if these kids could vote things would have been different a long time ago. Stupid parents are making their children suffer. Zuma and The thieves in ANC dont give a fcuk about you when are you going to wake up.

Mr Borehole in Mopani area is killing our beloved people with thirsty,The GLM mayor is living a good life and driving expensive cars in the expense of municipality resource,he is taxis owner but he neva fought any ANC struggle but he is Mayor, thats why he doesnt know how Service delivery budget implementation plan it works, now the Township is suffering with dry pipes and just imgine if hosiptal doesnt have a borehole is gonna be crises. The Government of Cassel Mathale and his ally Mafia Mr Borehole Matlou and Modjadji who does not have capacity run the lower Grade Municipality lyk Letaba.

Kgapane is my home place. My family moved to this place in 1995 and water has always been a problem. We resorted to having a water tank at home with the aim of storing water when the Municipality decides to make it available. This helped for a while but the water shortages are so intense now that even a 2500 litres water tank runs dry and we would have to hustle to get water. Service delivery is non-existent in this municipality. Nepotism and obtaining jobs by sex is very rife in this municipality. The tenders are only given to the elites and only small tenders are given to the general public reffered to as "Dimpsanyana" (Puppies or small dogs). Someone must have tipped them about this article because they made water available for the whole of yesterday....!

U got no right to insult our leaders like tat........What we must do i think we
must engage them ,so tat we can have a gud way of dealing with it ....
I think NGO'S like Mvula trust can cum in handy in this ....so let's use the
right mechanism to do it.........In my home village of Mohlabaneng ,we got running
water in our streets and it is not bcos Mr Joshua Matlou is from te ,but community

You should have informed them immediately when they came looking for votes and i am sure they would have done something as they were also desperate for votes.

@Poblar its cause majority of our ppl have no standards to measure these so called leaders against or set out as an acceptable service delivery criterion, also when stop worshiping them leaders and start holding them to contracts they have with us, they will stop acting as if they were kings and queens against and the citizens peasants, you know in developed countries, leaders wld not dream of putting their foot wrong, cause they will be out of office even before their terms are finished.

Well if Godfrey Modjadji hasn't been doing his job then why did you vote for him again?
Someone really has to explain the concept of democracy to the people of our country as they seriously don't know how to make it work for them

As a source of life, water should be free to every one, but that would take a long time. Its disconcerting to think people can have water cut off because of unpaid bills. I think the United Nations should make it compulsory that member countries should provide water irrespective of whether they can afford it or not. Water was here before us, it will still be here when we are gone. to go without water for 8 years is beyond comprehension and utterly contemptible in this day and age. The President should personally address this matter because it is an international embarrassment. Aww, and those poor munch-kins standing near an empty tap just broke my heart, but they still look lovely

Lets look @this in another eye...Look RSA has limited water in General and the south african public don't want to work with Government in conserving the limited resource, that is why RSA in buying water from Lesotho...people are wasting water when they have it, lets us also blame ourselves for being selfish

I don't support Government billing these guys for something that they don't have.

We as South Africans we need to think before we vote. It is not Limpompo even in the former Transkei region, ANC has failed us. They know jerk sh...t about administration so they are just interested about finances thinking that the money is just there for fun, ANC should have made use of the admin skills of people who have been there before, definitely if they made use of those people running of the state would not be like this. We need sanctions in south africa. Sowetan must send such pictures to the international papers to show them the plight of south africans, the abuse we suffer. we need to inform UN

Smaiza, stop thinking with your spear. What doesn't add up about this story? I'm from this area and we have complained in vain for years. I understand it might not add up to people from a shallow gene pool like you but don't make senseless comments on things that you know nothing about, and while at it consider taking grammer classes.
