General wanted for war crimes VIDEO

Gen. Bosco Ntaganda, a former rebel leader turned army general, who mutinied against the Democratic Republic of Congo in early April, has forcibly recruited at least 149 boys and young men into his forces since April 19, Human Rights Watch says.
