My concern about is that there hundreds of awaiting trial prisoners who've never got the opportunity to appear before a Magistrate, a violation of their constitutional rights, but the Magistrate has twice if thrice having to preside over such madness, Maybe the Justice system of this country must explain as to how much does it cost for a tax payer to get a Court to sit, Magistrate; Prosecutors, Orderlies; Interpreters etc. and even police who have to be in Court for escort the suspect who's crazy as that guy, I don't know why the state isn't withdrawing the matter, and send the guy to mental institution, after all he didn't succeed to con the family of Mgqumeni, and surely the family can forgive him Report Abuse

So far I think he is suffering from some form of personality disorder and schizophrenia. So far I think he is suffering from some form of personality disorder and schizophrenia. People with personality disorders experience difficulties with their self image, interpersonal relationships, understanding themselves/others/their environments. They also struggle with impulse control. Mqumeni could be suffering from one of Cluster-B Personality Disorders called
Borderline Personality Disorder ( Unstable and Unpredictable Actor).Some of it's core features are unstable mood, unstable self-concept and unstable interpersonal relationships. They do behave is a manner that impacts on their normal everyday functioning. He seriously needs help.
