I don't know where this notion that body parts are good muti.. Load of rubbish.. Back in the days, these type of people we eliminated from society. 1 of the values of ubuntu says that as men we will ensure the safety and well being of all our kids and women... But then as men, the civilised policies in place, actually prevent us from taking action against barbarians of this nature... the same for rapists and murderes, even armed robbers were dealt with accordingly...
