@Dadaman. I agree with you that they were not travelling at 60km/h especially that more than four pupils were hit. But at pull-off 60km/h is more dangerous. If you don't trust me get into a powerful vehicle and take off at high speed.
It seems JJ is lying and the court will be lenient to Tshabalala who admitted to hitting these kids. His evidence collaborates the with the evidence from the point of impact on both vehicles. Report Abuse

racing at 60km per our, that is not racing is normal driving, you were tipsy and did not see the speed, there is no way a car trvelling at 60km can be damaged the way your vehicle looked after the accident, I disagree, you guys were flying. Report Abuse

I was not drunk or tipsy," he replied"..............................."After overtaking Molemo's [Maarohanye's] car we drove for a few seconds and that's when the accident happened," he said
can you overtake at a speed of 60km/h and call it "RACING"? can an accident of this nature caused by 60km/h speed? Themba is not telling the truth

JubJub will walk free from this saga. 1) His car was on the left(correct) side of the road, 2) His car, it would seem, did not cause any of the deaths, 3) Tshabalala has just confirmed that he had had a drink and was driving on the wrong side of the road.
