well its sad though giving birth is not an emergency, ambulances are to administer emergency care to those with acute medical problems, pregnant women have 9 months to prepare for their child birth. labour pains can take you more than 8 hours b4 the baby arrives, well i know every woman's labor is unique, even from one pregnancy to the next. In some cases, labor is over in a matter of hours — or less. In other cases, labor tests a mother's physical and emotional stamina, Women should stop being lazy and stupid
RIP my dear Report Abuse

My bad, the woman was already in the clinic, waiting for an Ambulance to be transfered to some hospital - But still Ambulances are not reliable, just like any other services rendered by the govt, protestors or not.
i remember a friend of mine delivering a baby (sister's) at the gate while waiting for an ambulance. we both didnt know what to do but she was brave enough to be the one holding the baby while the sister was pushing. eish! ja neh, this is something that i will never forget. and by the grace of God, the placenta came out by itself.
