The people working in accounts dept are not accurate I wish you can go and look everywhere everyone is complaining about accounts. Please fix this account customers can sleep because the councills dont do there work. They dont even answer there phones and is always on lunch or tea time I wish I can get a job in the govermenent . You are ony a number to them They dont care I dont know what is happening !!!!!! The heads of the dept of accounts just give you I dont no sorry you must pay.

Joburg municipality is a fcuking mess. I almost bought a house in Midrand but after all this fuckery I decided hell no. I'll stay in Tswane Municipality. there is less of a mess there.
