Cases against the police will never stand, lack of evidance all the way and thereafter the victim will suffer after the case, for the rest of his life.

It is becoming a norm these days to parade suspects publicly before they appear in court. Not so long ago a certain minister of correctional services did the same and what is more disturbing is that she did not see anything wrong with her actions.

i guess the man either imagined the whole odeal or it was ghosts that assaulted him. i love the justice system in this country. The guilty ones are roaming ths streets and the some innocent ones are behind bars because there is no one to investigate their cases.

Is-it-just-me???

Its simple the man who was assaulted by the ghosts won't be told the time and the date when his court case will appear before the court. He'll wait and wait and wait for his court date....and wait and wait and wait .

I don`t know, the article is either a joke. How can someone being arrested last Thursdays with the allegation of corruption and being released without proper investigation? The picture shows a police man with full uniform and a gun. First of all before a police being arrested is being striped a police badge, gun, pepper spry and even shoe laces.

Some of SAPS members are already hooligans before they are recruited. When they graduate they become official paid hooligans. How is that for an irony?
